One of the keys to successful Covid-19 management is tight-knit teamwork.
In a new era of Covid and global pandemic, the hotel industry faced unpredictable difficulties and definitely required a new approach to facilitate the normal functioning of the hotel, and at the same time keeping the high standards and excellent service whilst ensuring the safety and well-being of the guests.
In cooperation with the respective institutions, we had developed a further policy of preventing the possible complications and created the appropriate health protocol. Simultaneously we had spared no funds to obtain the necessary equipment and health kits for the full operating capability. Walking the tightrope to follow all the prescriptions on the one hand and providing a relaxing stay to the guests on the other hand was the main commitment of the personnel.
We didn’t know how guests would be responding and follow the procedures, but they did it really great trying to support and cooperate with the staff, understanding why all the procedures and measures are needed to be implemented.
We are delighted to announce that there were no Covid – 19 cases in the Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel neither through the guests nor through the employees, and despite everything, the season ended up successfully.
This was achieved as a result of a united and disciplined cross-departmental teamwork in cooperation with the guests who gave us all possible assistance.

Currently, our team is getting ready for the new season, preparing a more flexible strategy, modifying the cancellation and payment policies to provide guests with flexible options to simplify the booking process and to make it more comfortable with easy reservation advantage.
