In the spotlight: Pomegranate, the only Greek hotel, on the Qatar Airways magazine

We are immensely elated that the Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel will be on the print in-flight magazine of the Qatar Airways, one of the most top-tier airline companies around the world and awarded with the highest accolade, the Airline of the Year.

The presence of our hotel in the magazine happened on the occasion of the new itineraries that Qatar Airways will operate from Doha to Thessaloniki Airport, debuting in March 2018.

Oryx is the top-notch in-flight magazine for Qatar Airways, reaching 30 million readers a year and covering a wide range of aspects pertinent to the luxury traveling such as the art, style, lifestyle, innovation, taste etc., while each issue, published every month, is dedicated to a distinct thematic category.

Our hotel, hosted on the Oryx, will ‘fly’ on all of the Qatar flights this year, amongst them on the new itineraries of the company to/from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG), the airline’s second destination in Greece. Qatar Airways, being one of the fastest-growing airlines in the world and one of the youngest to serve all six continents, expands this year the number of its destinations, adding SKG to them and serving it with its impeccable 5-star travelling experience four times per week (on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays)- the commencement date will be the 27th of March, 2018. As Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, noted: “the new service between Doha and Thessaloniki will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft, featuring 12 seats in Business Class and 132 seats in Economy Class.”
